AI Deployment Strategist, AI4Engineering - EMEA

You bridge pre- and post-sales, ensuring secure, compliant, and impactful AI integrations. This role centers on turning strategic vision into measurable AI-driven value and accelerated time-to-market.

• Lead executive workshops to identify business challenges and opportunities for AI-driven impact
• Co-create AI adoption roadmaps and articulate paths to value
• Architect end-to-end AI solutions integrating Mistral models into customer workflows
• Collaborate with the Applied AI team to prototype and deploy production solutions
• Own pilots and proofs-of-value to pave the way for full deployments
• Guide customer AI strategy and monitor outcome-driven KPIs with sponsors
• Identify expansion opportunities within accounts for long-term partnerships
• Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams to influence roadmaps
• Create reusable assets, playbooks, and best practices to scale delivery
• Travel 30-60% to support on-site deployment

• 2+ years in a client-facing strategic and technical role
• Deep understanding of computational mechanics, numerical methods (FEM/CFD/DEM), or multi-physics simulation
• Familiarity with industry tools (Ansys, COMSOL, OpenFOAM, SimScale, or custom solvers)
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering
• Solid foundations in AI/ML/Data Science and ability to advise diverse audiences
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI applications (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
• Strong business acumen and structured problem-solving skills
• Executive presence and ability to communicate with VP/C-level stakeholders
