You’ll manage client expectations, report progress to management, and drive long-term partnerships. This role offers impact in a growing international robotics company with a hands-on, collaborative culture.

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with clients and cross-functional teams
• Act as primary client interface, communicate status, manage expectations, and nurture partnerships
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans with schedules and resources
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and on-budget delivery
• Identify and mitigate risks and technical challenges; implement corrective actions
• Monitor KPIs and financial performance; prepare progress reports for management and clients
• Ensure complete, accurate documentation and on-time delivery

• Bachelor in Engineering
• Project Management certification (Agile a plus)
• ≥1 year of Project Management experience
• Proficient in English and Spanish; French a plus
• Experience with project management software (ClickUp, Jira)
• Strong Google Drive suite skills (Excel, spreadsheets)
• Excellent team player
