You will partner with the Executive Committee to communicate technology direction and oversee major IT projects. This position offers a strategic opportunity to shape technology-enabled growth in a complex, multinational context.

• Define and lead the global IT strategy aligned with business objectives
• Establish and oversee IT governance, policies, standards, and procedures
• Drive digital transformation initiatives (cloud, automation, data analytics, infra modernization, cybersecurity)
• Lead and develop the IT team (managers, architects, cybersecurity, infrastructure)
• Manage end-to-end IT budget, investments, and ROI
• Collaborate with Executive Committee and stakeholders for strategy and presentations
• Oversee IT project portfolio ensuring delivery on time, scope, and budget
• Negotiate/manage relationships with vendors and strategic partners
• Define and supervise cybersecurity strategy ensuring data protection and regulatory compliance
• Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, automation, cloud, data) to strengthen competitive advantage

• Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or postgraduate studies in Technology Management valued
• Minimum 10 years IT experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership (Director) roles
• Proven experience leading cybersecurity strategy and policy frameworks
• Strong track record managing large-scale IT projects in complex environments
• Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud, software development, data management, and cybersecurity
• Familiarity with AI, IoT, and automation
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and driving organizational change
• Fluent in English
• Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and executive-level communication
