In this role you will help transform clinical data into reliable, analysis-ready information to support go/no-go decisions across a global portfolio. You collaborate with Data Management Leads, study teams and external partners to ensure data is accurate, timely, and audit-ready, enabling scientists to focus on patient care.You will learn quickly, take ownership of meaningful work, and contribute to continuous improvement in data management. Compensaciones / Beneficios- Provide study-level CDM administrative support across study start-up, conduct, and closeout phases
- Manage data quality and documentation deliverables, including data cleaning, query management, and third-party data reconciliation
- Coordinate study status reporting and data provision to clinical teams for reviews
- Collaborate with Data Management Vendor on deliverables and milestones (snapshots, interim, migrations)
- Support DM Delivery Leads in maintaining CDM systems, deliverables, risks, mitigations and data transfer agreements
- Assist with Trial Master File compliance and quality checks for audit readiness
- Support User Acceptance Testing of internal/external electronic Data Capture systems
- Contribute to issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives
- Handle ad-hoc CDM requests as needed by DM Leads
- Bachelor in Life Sciences or related field
- Fluent English (oral and written)
- Attention to detail and quality focus
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills for a global environment
