In this role you will drive growth for Gartner by managing and expanding existing contracts while identifying and winning new logos. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value to mid-sized high-tech enterprises, shaping long-term relationships and strategic outcomes.The role blends account management with business development, offering exposure to C-level executives and a path to top-tier performance. You will operate in a collaborative, performance-driven culture with strong development and rewards for high achievers.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Serve as strategic partner to C-level and senior executives in assigned high-tech mid-sized accounts
- Manage, renew, and upsell Gartner client research contracts
- Build durable, value-driven relationships with clients
- Develop strategic outreach to win new logos and expand the customer base
- Contribute to overall regional growth and contract value expansion
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
- 1–8 years of experience in a targeted sales environment with proven success
- English and German OR Spanish fluency
- Strong intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen
- Experience selling IT, staffing/recruiting or professional services is highly preferred
- Experience with complex sales cycles and engaging with C-level executives
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and challenger-selling skills
