In this role you will build and energize brand communities across multiple digital platforms and markets. You will monitor conversations in real time, craft on-brand responses, and adapt copy for international audiences. You’ll collaborate with marketing, creative, data, and customer care teams to ensure a cohesive communications strategy, while identifying trends and potential crises.This position offers a chance to shape community experiences within a fast-growing data-driven marketing environment.

- Identify potential crisis situations and manage them swiftly
- Identify trends and insights and share with internal teams for content/marketing improvements
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, data, and customer care teams to ensure unified communication
- Foster active listening and proactive engagement to build an engaged community
- Leverage CRM platforms and social care tools to manage online communities
- 1-3 years of proven Community Manager experience
- High level of English and Dutch (bilingual/native); other languages a plus
- Experience managing social media in the automotive sector is valued
- Deep knowledge of major social media networks (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn) and platform dynamics
- Excellent written and verbal communication with an empathetic, friendly, professional style
- Proactive, good listening skills, problem-solving abilities, experience managing sensitive online situations
- Ability to interpret engagement metrics and derive insights about community behavior
- Passion for digital culture, creator ecosystem, and social platform innovations
