Experteer Overview

This is a hands-on leadership position in a multinational, safety‑driven environment that values coaching and process discipline.

• Lead and support Supervisors and Site Managers for onsite installations and ensure compliance with processes, standards and procedures
• Coordinate with Group Leader and Domain teams to manage resource planning, capacity, and allocation per project
• Monitor project progress in terms of quality, safety, environment and budget, with proper escalation
• Perform quality inspections, installation reviews, safety walks, and environmental inspections to meet corporate and legal requirements
• Promote and maintain safe on-site environments, manage site access, certifications, trainings, visas and work permits with Hu0026S
• Develop team through objective setting, appraisals, mentoring, and development plans
• Act as SME to promote tools, processes and systems in key installation areas
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization initiatives within installations
• Support project teams during RFQ, project preparation, and execution with installation expertise
• Participate in OPS Reviews during the sales phase providing installation perspective
• Define installation team structure and capacity strategy; collaborate with other teams for best practice sharing
• Coordinate subcontracted and external resources, ensuring quality and safety compliance
• Manage contractor planning, project assignments, and performance integration with internal teams
• Oversee installation-related administration and quality measurement/reporting processes

• Higher level education in a technical field
• High level of knowledge of equipment and systems
• Skilled user of necessary software tools (Microsoft Office)
• Strong safety awareness
• Experience in project planning and organization
• International and multicultural awareness
