• Roadmap execution: translate strategy into user stories, specs, and acceptance criteria
• Prioritization: manage a prioritized backlog balancing customer, business, and feasibility
• Performance monitoring: define and report KPIs for area of ownership
• Cross-functional collaboration: align business stakeholders, UX/Design, and engineering for timely delivery
• Content execution: collaborate to integrate new transport providers and expand inventory
• Value innovation (Prime): optimize pricing, deals, and features to enhance Prime value
• A/B analysis: examine results to identify conversion and revenue opportunities
• MVP definition: outline MVPs for new offerings that deliver business value
• Customer experience delivery: optimize journey segments to reduce friction across devices
• Quality of experience: ensure a consistent, high-quality trip experience across touchpoints

• 3-5 years in Product Management in high-volume e-commerce, platform, or travel/transport
• Analytical skills with metrics definition and data-driven decision making
• Technical acumen: ability to discuss APIs, data structures, and system limitations with engineering
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse stakeholders
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset focused on execution and continuous improvement
