You will oversee audits, controls, and reporting while supporting strategic initiatives like tax planning, restructurings, and M&A. This role offers impact across a global manufacturing footprint with a strong emphasis on automation and ethical standards.

• Lead the Controllership function and direct the team delivering general ledger, AP, AR, fixed assets, payroll, tax and statutory accounting
• Ensure timely and accurate accounting and reporting in accordance with US GAAP and local GAAP where applicable
• Drive standardization, simplification, and automation of financial processes across the division
• Collaborate with Global Finance & Accounting (GFA) and Regional Controllership to optimize organizational structures
• Partner with senior divisional leadership on audits, compliance, controls reviews, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Support strategic initiatives including tax planning, restructuring, and M&A
• Contribute to system implementations and other ad hoc financial projects
• Promote ethical standards and maintain regulatory compliance

• Master's degree in Accounting / Finance
• 5-10+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in a multinational manufacturing environment
• Exposure to Sarbanes Oxley and US GAAP
• Proficient in English; local language skills desirable
• Ability to operate independently
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Team-oriented and able to adhere to standard processes and policies
