The role centers on improving yield, planning, and margins while aligning operations with a resilient trading capability. This is an opportunity to steer a market-facing platform in Spain, balancing production, trading, and capital expenditure decisions to unlock value.

• Build and lead a high-performance leadership team and establish clear ownership and decision rights
• Drive profitable organic growth through yield improvements, planning accuracy, and throughput optimization
• Strengthen relationships with major retailers and expand volumes without margin erosion
• Scale trading capabilities through sourcing beyond own production and international channels
• Develop pricing and margin management, and balance own production vs. traded volumes
• Modernize packhouses and other operations to improve efficiency and reduce waste
• Make capex decisions with ROI-focused governance and ROI tracking
• Oversee selective buy & build activity (fincas, packing, logistics) and drive integration into the platform
• Establish the company as a reliable trading partner and reduce CEO dependency in day-to-day operations
• Maintain governance to avoid purely deal-driven behavior

• Proven experience building and leading a second-management layer
• Track record in trading/sourcing/distribution with a focus on margins
• Ability to balance production with traded volumes
• Strong understanding of packhouse operations and end-to-end supply chain
• Experience with capex-heavy transformations and integration
• Spanish or Southern Europe experience; Spanish language proficiency (required); English (required)
