In this role you drive growth for EcoVadis by selling our sustainability solutions to large enterprises in the DACH region. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to expand existing accounts and win net-new logos, navigating multi-stakeholder buying through a structured, solution-based process.

Your impact spans renewing contracts, shaping account plans, and building executive-level relationships to accelerate value realization. This position offers a chance to contribute to sustainability transformation for major companies.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
  • Exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
  • Sell EcoVadis solutions and services to existing customers
  • Renew contracts of the existing customers within your portfolio
  • Execute a solution-based sales process involving multiple groups within an account
  • Define account plans to accelerate sales velocity
  • Partner with Customer Success and other internal teams to grow target accounts
  • Build relationships with executives (Partners, ESG, Sustainability, Directors) in assigned accounts
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and EcoVadis colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain technical and marketing knowledge of the EcoVadis solution
  • Participate in industry conferences (internal and external)
Responsabilidades
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience
  • At least 3 years selling enterprise software to F1000 companies
  • Experience selling SaaS or Platform solutions
  • Track record of consistently exceeding quotas
  • Ability to manage full-cycle sales with multiple stakeholders
  • Proven capability to engage and manage C-level/executive relationships
  • Experience selling to Procurement, ESG, Sustainability, Compliance, and Supply Chain personas
  • Exceptional presentation skills; German and English fluency required
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com; Sales Navigator and Salesloft a plus
  • Strong written and oral communication; able to work in an international team
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
