In this role, you will design and implement cutting-edge GenAI models and systems to enable scalable AI solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into practical AI capabilities, focusing on Generative AI, NLP, and deployment at scale.You will work with leading frameworks and cloud environments to build and maintain reliable AI deployments. This position offers the opportunity to shape EY’s AI offerings and drive impact across global delivery services.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Responsabilidades
- 3+ years in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence with hands-on GenAI experience
- Strong prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) capabilities; experience with Agentic AI approaches
- Proficiency with frameworks/tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, and vector databases for AI applications
- Advanced Python skills; solid software engineering practices including Git, CI/CD, and version control
- API development experience with Flask, FastAPI or similar
- NLP expertise including tokenization, embeddings, and string similarity
- Cloud deployment experience on Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms
- Strong collaboration and cross-functional communication skills
- Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or related field
- Knowledge of AI ethics, fairness, transparency, and accountability (preferred)
- Docker, Kubernetes; monitoring/logging and performance tracking for AI models (preferred)
