In this role you lead and coordinate membrane-based R&D projects within a multidisciplinary, international team. You drive project execution from conception to implementation, shaping innovative solutions for environmental improvement. You’ll draft proposals, manage client relationships, and identify opportunities to grow R&D impact for public and private clients.This is an opportunity to contribute to a leading European research organization, advancing sustainability and clean tech.

- Draft tenders and contracts with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative proposals
- Manage client relationships and contribute to the Commercial Action Plan by identifying R&D opportunities
- Participate in the technical execution of projects related to membrane-based separation processes
- Anticipate sector needs and challenges by proposing innovative and adaptable solutions
- PhD in Chemical or Environmental Engineering
- >5-year experience in chemical process engineering related to separation technologies, especially membrane technology
- Experience in project management (EU-H2020 and private national and international)
- Experience in Research Centres/Industries is welcome
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Willingness to travel as required by the project
- Good planning and management skills
