As Area Manager Madrid, you will drive commercial performance and brand growth across Madrid and nearby regions, owning the territory with autonomy and collaboration. You will shape distributor partnerships, expand key accounts, and align MH portfolio development with the company’s growth strategy.Expect a data-driven, hands-on role focused on market expansion, brand education, and delivery of revenue targets. Compensaciones / Beneficios- Manage distributors and clients across Madrid, Valladolid, Salamanca, and Zamora; develop commercial plans aligned with management guidance
- Develop image accounts to maximize distribution, activation, and sales across MH portfolio
- Drive brand growth and ensure alignment with overall business strategy; act as Brand Ambassador in the territory
- Provide regular KPI reports on volumes, profitability, risks, and opportunities
- Monitor pricing policy by brand and channel; support budget management (T&E and A&P)
- Support distributor sales force and ensure proper brand animation at customers
- Identify market opportunities through analysis and maintain up-to-date tracking data (sales estimates, P&L, investments)
- Negotiate annual agreements, promotions, and commercial plans with customers
- Ensure visibility and image of MH products conforms to brand strategies
- Communicate market intelligence (sales, stocks, prices, promotions) to inform decisions
- Maintain strong collaboration with Regional Manager and other Area Managers
- Graduate/Degree level education
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong cultural analytical abilities
- Fluent Spanish and English; French is a plus
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Commercial acumen and results orientation
- Operational excellence and multitasking with good organization/prioritisation
- Knowledge of the W&S sector in Spain
