As Manager/Associate Director in Madrid, you will lead multi-stakeholder restructuring and advisory engagements for Corporates, Investors and Banks. You’ll work within a small team and may take lead on projects to broaden skills across cross-border deals.The role integrates with a growing Iberian and European network, delivering value in distressed situations and strategic financial solutions. You’ll collaborate across service lines to provide integrated advisory and ensure best practice in a dynamic, fast-growing firm.
This is a hands-on opportunity to shape outcomes for clients and build relationships within a global, expanding practice.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Advise clients including corporates, investors, banks and lenders facing distressed situations
- Assess viability through market assessments, capital structure analysis, options review and cash flow analysis
- Propose and negotiate restructuring solutions, contingency planning, balance sheet restructuring, refinancing and debt advisory services
- Contribute to performance monitoring after business plan implementation
- Mentor and train team members to develop their skills
- Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders and clients across Spain and Europe
- Build relationships with the restructuring and debt advisory network and act as a trusted advisor
- Collaborate with other service lines to deliver integrated financial solutions
- Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practice
