• Support product strategy and direction; define and prioritize product requirements across portfolio
• Socialize product plans with stakeholders, research new functionality, and address issues
• Support the technical vision with engineering and executive leadership; lead cross-functional teams
• Oversee product lifecycle from inception to commercialization and adoption
• Collaborate with regional and global partners to align on strategy
• Develop product strategy and roadmap; identify metrics to measure success
• Partner with Service Design to conduct user research and translate needs into specs
• Define and prioritize features with design/development teams; align with business objectives
• Apply Agile methodologies to drive development; manage sprints and backlogs
• Conduct usability/A/B tests and utilize analytics to improve UX and performance
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure project success
• Drive data-driven decisions on feature updates and user flows

• Bachelor’s degree; 5+ years in product management focusing on enterprise or supply chain
• Experience launching products from ideation through launch
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to influence senior management
• Proven track record managing a portfolio of multiple projects
• Positive, flexible attitude in a dynamic environment
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and cross‑functional collaboration
• Ability to lead others without direct authority
