In this role you will set and execute the global oncology data strategy across tumor types, collaborating with Global and US Medical Affairs to secure appropriate data assets. You will work with cross-functional partners to align data initiatives with regional needs and regulatory requirements, shaping real world evidence programs and data partnerships.You will drive rapid analytics to inform medical affairs decisions and explore AI opportunities to accelerate evidence generation. This is a high-visibility, strategic leadership role within CODE.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Design and implement global oncology data strategy and annual plans for key markets (US, EUCAN, Rest of World).
- Collaborate with Oncology Outcomes Research and tumor leads to identify data assets and develop regional plans.
- Assess data landscape and partnerships; be the go-to expert for evaluating data options for research.
- Lead evaluation of new data sources and coordinate vendor meetings for data assessments.
- Oversee contracts for data assets funded by GMA; coordinate with ORD and OBU stakeholders.
- Facilitate cross-functional data strategy meetings and assess real-world data needs across the Oncology Business Unit.
- Liaise with markets/O2R to discuss future evidence generation and its impact on data strategy.
- Lead rapid analytics programs to support asset- and tumor-specific medical affairs decisions.
- Represent CODE as a subject matter expert for enterprise-wide data initiatives in partnership with other functions.
- Contribute to CODE Leadership Team and promote team performance, ethics, and confidentiality.
- Identify and piloting AI solutions for faster, more efficient real-world data generation.
- Extensive pharmaceutical industry experience with advanced degree in outcomes research, epidemiology, or related fields.
- Proven ability to analyze diverse datasets (EMR, claims, survey) across geographies.
- Strong research skills and independent evaluation of multiple data sources.
- Deep oncology clinical knowledge and understanding of data use in reimbursement and access.
- Experience conducting outcomes research, health economics, retrospective analyses, or health services research.
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships and leading cross-functional groups.
- Strong scientific and business acumen in oncology with global/regional awareness.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and leadership capabilities.
