As Product Marketing Manager for Amazon Business, you own the end-to-end customer engagement strategy to accelerate onboarding, drive adoption, and grow spend. You operate at the intersection of product, marketing, and technology, turning customer insights into scalable engagement programs and informing product decisions.You will lead cross-functional initiatives with Product, Tech, UX, Analytics, and Sales, and own metrics, experimentation, and continuous optimization. This is a mission-driven, fast-growing role where you shape experiences for customers across their lifecycle and deliver measurable impact.

- Lead cross-functional initiatives with Product, Tech, UX, Analytics, and Sales
- Shape product and tech roadmaps by representing customer needs and marketing requirements
- Develop clear value propositions and in-product and outbound marketing experiences
- Own metrics, experimentation, and continuous optimization of customer impact
- Experience in professional non-internship marketing
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
