Experteer Overview

In this Senior Data Analyst role at Santander’s Wealth Management & Insurance division, you translate data into actionable insights to optimize digital sales, campaigns, and customer behavior. You will own global attribution, build standardized LTV/CAC models, and shape a universal tracking framework across markets.

You’ll partner with Product, CRO, and Paid Media teams to drive performance and visibility for executive stakeholders. This is a hands-on, cross-country role at a tech-forward bank that values data-driven decision making and risk-aware transformation.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
  • Design, develop and manage dashboards for digital sales journeys, funnel conversion, campaign performance, and KPIs
  • Transform complex datasets into clear insights for global and local stakeholders
  • Analyze end-to-end performance metrics, identifying trends and improvement opportunities
  • Own the global digital attribution model for Santander Insurance and maintain cross-country attribution logic
  • Develop and maintain standardized LTV/CAC models to support growth decisions
  • Define and maintain a global tracking framework and standardize event definitions across countries
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and reporting consistency; act as primary contact for digital data governance
  • Produce structured performance reporting for Executive Committees and translate findings into business actions
Responsabilidades
  • At least 7 years of professional experience, with 5+ years in digital or growth analytics (Required)
  • Experience with attribution models and performance measurement frameworks (Required)
  • Experience analyzing LTV, CAC or similar metrics (Required)
  • Experience in large multinational, matrix organizations (Preferred)
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Required); MBA or postgraduate studies (Preferred)
  • Languages: English and Spanish fluency (Required); Portuguese desirable (Preferred)
  • Hard skills: GA4/Adobe Analytics (Required); SQL (Required); Python and/or R (Required); dashboards in Power BI/Looker Studio (Required)
  • Experience in insurance or financial services (Preferred)
  • Strong analytical, structured, detail-oriented mindset (Required)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management (Preferred)
