Experteer Overview
As a Full Stack Developer in PSI’s Process Improvement team, you will design and build modern web and desktop applications and APIs to streamline clinical trial workflows. You will work in a global, hybrid environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement AI-enabled solutions and scalable cloud services.You’ll shape data models, ensure reliable data access with PostgreSQL, and deploy containerized services. This role offers hands-on architecture work and opportunities to mentor peers while delivering impactful improvements in a regulated, security-conscious setting.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Architect, design, and maintain full-stack applications (web and desktop) using React, Next.js, Python, and C#
- Develop APIs, data models, workflows, and backend services with Python (FastAPI, Django) or C#
- Design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas and SQL queries for reliability and performance
- Integrate cloud-native Azure services (App Services, OpenAI, Cosmos DB) and manage Docker-based deployments
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines with Azure Pipelines and containerized services
- Contribute to documentation, architecture diagrams, and onboarding materials
- Participate in code reviews, mentor engineers, and influence design decisions
- Work in Linux environments, set up local environments, scripts and troubleshooting tools
- Use Jira for Agile planning and issue tracking
- Produce detailed design documents and API specifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
- Minimum 5 years of software development experience
- Proven Azure experience (App Services, Pipelines, OpenAI or AI services)
- Strong PostgreSQL and SQL expertise (schema design, tuning, migrations)
- Advanced Python backend development (Flask, FastAPI, Django)
- React and TypeScript frontend development (Next.js)
- Experience with authentication and callbacks
- Docker/containerization experience
- Hands-on CI/CD with Azure Pipelines
- Experience with Jira and Agile workflows
- Ability to produce design docs, README, API specs, and architecture diagrams
