Experteer Overview

You’ll lead requirements gathering and provide advanced technical guidance to customers, while coordinating with sales and technical teams. This is a fast-paced, international environment where your impact spans deployment quality, customer satisfaction, and successful demonstrations.

• Independently participate in deployment projects, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines
• Proactively communicate project status to stakeholders
• Lead requirements gathering from customers and design tailored technical solutions
• Provide advanced technical support to customers in collaboration with AXON Networks experts
• Manage installation, configuration, and testing of AXON Networks products, including after-hours interventions
• Prepare technical environments for demonstrations and trials

• +B.Sc./M.S. in Telecommunications/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
• More than 7 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of database models and SQL
• Familiarity with object-oriented programming languages
• Experience with scripting languages like Python or Linux Bash
• Knowledge of network/telecom management systems for xDSL, optical fiber and WiFi
• Advanced Linux experience and familiarity with DevOps tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform) is preferred
• Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in requirements gathering and presenting results to technical and non-technical customers
• Proven ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams (Sales, Product Management, Ru0026D)
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Open to hybrid work in Madrid and up to 10% international travel
