You shape build processes, manage configuration and routings, and support shop-floor execution with robust, safe operations. This role offers impact on cost, timing, and production efficiency in a high-customization aircraft programme.

• Contribute to design-to-manufacturing processes (Co-Design/Co-Indus) and translate industrial needs into engineering requirements
• Define and manage the Build Process and time at operation level; drive shop-floor readiness and production handover
• Create and maintain manufacturing dossiers (routings, BoM, SOI) and implement Standard Work and Time Value in routings
• Run PFMEA/FMEA and support quality control activities; participate in production team routines
• Support supply chain data integrity and MRP impacts; manage jigs, tools, and tooling requirements
• Coordinate cross-functional project work (national/international) and participate in continuous improvement (CI) initiatives
• Assess industrial impacts of modifications in collaboration with IA, ISE, Industrial Technologies and related teams
• Support Run@Rate and CAPEX-related cost improvement measures when applicable
• Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements while optimizing production processes

• Engineering degree or related discipline
• At least 3 years of experience as Process Engineer in Manufacturing Engineering
• Proactive, organized, structured person with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Advanced level of English and Spanish
