In this Senior Gameplay Designer role, you shape the core player experience for Stumble Guys by designing engaging, scalable gameplay systems and abilities. You will partner with cross-functional teams to push features from concept to release, balancing and iterating based on player data.You’ll help evolve the game into a long-lived franchise, reaching millions of players worldwide. This role combines hands-on design with collaboration across Engineering, Art, UX/UI, Production, and Analytics to deliver compelling experiences.

- Create engaging experiences across maps, modes, and skill levels
- Write design documentation, specifications, and implementation briefs
- Collaborate with Engineering, Art, UX/UI, Production, Product Analytics, QA, and other designers
- Prototype, iterate, and refine features using player feedback and live data
- Maintain gameplay quality, balance, readability, and consistency
- Contribute ideas to improve player experience and long-term evolution
- Work cross-functionally with designers, engineers, artists, production, audio, QA, community, and stakeholders
- Partner with data team to build processes for analyzing and balancing gameplay elements
- Strong gameplay design skills with multiplayer understanding
- Excellent communication to gather feedback, align stakeholders, and iterate
- Passion for analyzing games across genres
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment
- Experience writing clear technical design documentation (design briefs, specs, implementation docs)
- Strong analytical mindset using playtest results and data to improve designs
- Experience in combat design, level design, or narrative design is a plus
