You will drive project governance and continuous improvements across a global services portfolio. This position offers impact by shaping how healthcare diagnostics projects scale and deliver value to labs and partners.

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with senior management and stakeholders
• Create comprehensive project plans with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute plans
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to ensure successful delivery
• Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders
• Ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget project delivery
• Allocate and manage resources including personnel, budget, and equipment
• Track resource utilization and performance
• Implement QA processes to meet standards
• Conduct regular project reviews and audits for compliance
• Document lessons learned and best practices
• Communicate status to stakeholders and manage expectations
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including plans, reports, and risk logs
• Provide timely reporting of status, issues, and risks

• Fluency in German is a must
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• PMP or equivalent certification is preferred
• 3–5 years of project management experience in the services sector
• Knowledge of the Healthcare Sector
• Strong PM skills across planning, execution, and risk management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with project management software (Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello)
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
