¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?- Enterprise prospecting & pipeline development
- Identify and prioritize target accounts (pharma, biotech, AI drug discovery, clinical genomics platforms).
- Map internal stakeholders and departments (genomics, translational medicine, biomarker, AI/ML, bioinformatics).
- Conduct structured outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and conference follow-ups.
- Maintain rigorous CRM discipline and pipeline tracking.
- Generate a steady flow of qualified meetings for the CEO and CSO.
- Account expansion
- Support expansion within existing customers.
- Identify new departments, teams, and use cases for the company.
- Track renewals and upsell opportunities.
- Prepare tailored outreach and account-specific materials.
- AI & platform partnerships
- Identify AI-native platforms that rely on genomic knowledge layers.
- Initiate discussions around API integration and licensing.
- Support the conversion of embedded or historical users into commercial agreements.
- Strategic preparation & market intelligence
- Research target organizations and prepare concise executive briefings for leadership.
- Analyze competitor positioning and account overlaps.
- Track ecosystem developments (AI platforms, genomics tools, clinical software vendors) and share actionable insights.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
Required- MSc or PhD in life sciences, bioinformatics, biomedical engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of genomics, disease biology, or drug discovery workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required; additional languages a plus).
- Highly organized, process-driven, and persistent.
- Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders in scientific and business environments.
- Exposure to biotech/pharma business environments (R&D, informatics, or commercial functions).
- Experience in B2B outreach, sales development, or business development.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., ActiveCampaign, Salesforce, or similar).
- Interest in AI applications in life sciences and data-driven discovery.
- A structured, prioritized target account list covering key pharma, biotech, and AI-native platforms.
- A consistent pipeline of qualified enterprise meetings for the CEO and CSO.
- Increased expansion discussions and upsell opportunities within existing customers.
- Active commercial discussions with AI-native platforms for API integration and licensing.
- Clear visibility into the commercial pipeline, with regular forecasting and reporting.
