Experteer Overview
As Sr. SDET at Solera, you lead automation test framework design and delivery for next-gen software platforms, including computer vision and ML components. You will partner with Product, Eng, and DevOps to plan, implement, and maintain robust test strategies that ensure quality, scalability, and data integrity.You’ll drive end-to-end testing, CI/CD integration, and data validation to ship reliable software at scale. This role offers the chance to shape testing culture and influence platform design in a fast-moving, cross-functional setting.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Design, develop, and maintain automation test tools and frameworks for current and next-gen platforms
- Collaborate with Product Management, Software Engineering, and DevOps on release planning and coordination
- Plan, write, execute, and automate functional and data validation test plans
- Guide Q/A environments strategy with CI/CD and test-driven development
- Ensure quality, performance, and reliability from day one through design feedback
- Participate in Agile scrum teams, communicate test results and interfaces
- Estimate effort, schedule tasks, and track milestones
- Conduct defect management and root-ccause analysis
- Collaborate with development for unit-test reviews and issue resolution
- Lead or assist in data health analysis to identify data issues
- BS in Computer Science or related field, or 4–5 years of technical SDE/T experience
- 2+ years in an OO programming role
- Experience Java development
- Experience with Selenium-based test development
- Experience designing and scaling test automation frameworks
- Strong End-to-End test strategy experience
- Agile work experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive problem-solving approach
