Experteer Overview

You’ll enhance observability, leverage AI-assisted tooling for refactoring, and contribute to a high-quality, globally impactful engineering effort. This is a chance to influence architecture at scale while working with cross-functional teams in a remote-first, autonomous environment.

• Architect patterns to displace legacy systems and migrate from monoliths with zero downtime
• Bridge tech stacks by transitioning services from .NET to Spring while contributing to multiple codebases
• Collaborate with product managers to shape roadmaps balancing debt and new value
• Communicate effectively across time zones with robust async documentation
• Enhance observability using Grafana and tracing for performance and reliability
• Leverage Agentic programming tools (e.g., Claude Code) to accelerate refactoring and development workflows

• Deep backend experience across languages
