Director of Product Management (Life Sciences & Healthcare)

You will collaborate with engineering, data science, and commercial teams to ensure products meet customer workflows and sustain growth. This is a strategically-focused leadership position in a fast-paced, cross-border setting with a clear impact on Clarivate’s Life Sciences solutions.

• Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy across a portfolio, translating market dynamics and customer needs into actionable roadmaps and investment decisions
• Lead discovery, prioritization, and delivery with engineering and UX to ensure high-quality, impactful outcomes
• Drive AI-driven innovation by partnering with engineering and data science to deliver scalable AI features
• Champion customer and market insight through strong engagement, usage data, and competitive intelligence to ground decisions
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and customer-facing teams to align strategy with commercial execution and launches
• Align stakeholders across product, engineering, UX, data science, and commercial teams to drive prioritization and strategic decisions
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with external vendors to augment capabilities and accelerate delivery

• 10+ years in product management with leadership experience
• Enterprise product experience—building and scaling products for large, complex organizations
• Proven ability to define and execute product strategy in a multi-stakeholder, cross-functional environment
• Experience delivering AI-powered product capabilities in production environments
• Experience working across product, engineering, and commercial functions in a matrix organization
• Experience presenting product strategy, roadmaps, and outcomes to senior stakeholders
• Desirable: experience in life sciences, healthcare, or data/analytics platforms; global team leadership; competitive intelligence or workflow-driven products
