In this fully remote role you will provide first-line IT support to internal users across regions, helping maintain smooth IT operations. You work with cross-country teams, handling basic technical issues and onboarding activities while following security policies.The position offers shift-based hours to support global regions and opportunities to improve support processes. This role is ideal for someone who wants to contribute to a distributed IT function and grow within a global tech environment.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Provide first-level IT support to internal users via ticketing systems, email, and remote support tools
- Support users located in multiple countries and time zones
- Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Document incidents, requests, and resolutions in the IT ticketing tool
- Escalate complex issues to second-level support
- Support user onboarding and offboarding (accounts, permissions, basic setup)
- Follow IT procedures, standards, and security policies
- Contribute to improving support processes and user experience
- Previous IT Support / Service Desk / Helpdesk experience
- Basic knowledge of Windows
- Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
- IT ticketing systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English; additional languages a plus
- Willingness to work remote, shift-based including night shifts
