Configuration Specialist – QA Focus

You’ll collaborate with Configuration Specialists, Professional Services, and Product teams to ensure configurations meet functional and quality standards before release. This position offers hands-on QA work in an Agile environment with a focus on reliable configuration outcomes and traceable validation.

• Test and validate configuration changes within sprint cycles to ensure functional and quality acceptance
• Perform manual feature testing and end-to-end workflow validation across configured scenarios
• Run, review and analyze automated regression tests for configuration-related issues
• Identify, document, and communicate defects or unexpected behaviours in configuration logic
• Collaborate with Configuration Specialists to clarify requirements, resolve defects, and improve quality
• Own QA sign-off for configuration tickets and close tickets after validation
• Maintain validation evidence and documentation in JIRA and Confluence

• QA/validation experience in software delivery
• Strong analytical skills to understand and test configuration logic
• Experience with manual feature testing and end-to-end testing
• Exposure to automated regression testing and result analysis
• Ability to understand structured logic or expressions
• High attention to detail and quality-first mindset
• Experience in Agile environments
• Clear communication and cross-team collaboration
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and own QA outcomes
