As an HR Business Partner at Speexx, you bridge global People strategy with local business needs for the Spain revenue organization and global functions. You enable OKRs and Workforce Planning using people data to drive organizational effectiveness.You coach managers on performance, talent reviews, and leadership development while handling employee relations and practical HR topics. You contribute to international HR projects and help roll out programs across retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning u0026amp; Development.
You play a key role in shaping a positive, engaging local work environment within a dynamic, global team.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Act as HRBP for the Spain revenue organization and global functions located in the country, aligning global People strategy with local needs
- Support OKRs and Workforce Planning using people data to identify trends and inform decisions
- Steward performance management and coach managers on feedback, talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development
- Serve as trusted contact for employee relations, handling complex cases with People Operations
- Provide hands-on HR support across relations, compensation, development, and organizational topics
- Participate in international People projects and rollout HR programs across retention, compensation, benefits, performance, and Lu0026D
- Support day-to-day office management and drive employee engagement and culture initiatives
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner with focus on revenue and technical teams
- Excellent people management skills
- Analytical and goal-oriented
- Thorough knowledge of Spanish labor legislation
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices, including training subsidies and FUNDAE processes in Spain
- Hands-on approach to day-to-day HR work balancing execution and business partnering
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to support employees and managers on practical topics
- BS degree in Human Resources or related field
- Fluency in Spanish and English
