Experteer Overview

In this role, you drive early-stage sales and revenue growth by identifying and engaging prospects through outbound outreach and discovery conversations. You’ll work closely with Marketing and Account Executives to shape tailored outreach for ESG-related solutions.

You’ll qualify opportunities using MEDDPICC and nurture leads through the funnel, representing EcoVadis as a sustainability advocate. This position offers exposure to world-class ESG experts and a path to build a strong professional network in sustainability and responsible sourcing.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
  • Own the full outreach motion across LinkedIn, email, video, and cold calls to generate revenue
  • Conduct high-level discovery calls with Senior Executives (Sustainability & Procurement) to spark interest in ESG solutions
  • Qualify opportunities using MEDDPICC and schedule meetings for Account Executives
  • Advocate for CSR and sustainable supply chains with Global 500 companies
  • Research target accounts and map key decision-makers aligned with ICP
  • Collaborate with Marketing and AEs on localized call strategies and targeted lead lists
  • Maintain proactive follow-ups, handle objections, and nurture leads through to conversion
  • Manage all activity in Salesforce to track performance and identify trends
  • Represent the brand at industry events and through social selling to build market presence
Responsabilidades
  • University degree in a relevant discipline
  • Full professional proficiency in Italian and English
  • Proactive, sales-first mindset with strong drive
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and active listening skills
  • Experience with cold calling and engaging busy decision-makers
  • Familiarity with modern sales stack: Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, and AI tooling (Claude & Gemini)
  • Natural curiosity for Sustainability, ESG, or CSR; coachability and growth mindset
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume outreach
  • Good business acumen with ability to map value to ROI
