In this role you will lead integrated, multi-channel demand generation for the automotive vertical, partnering with Sales and cross-functional teams to drive qualified pipeline. You’ll design and optimize campaigns across email, paid social, and digital channels, while building nurturing programs and funnel processes.

You’ll translate automotive industry trends into impactful programs that scale and align with revenue goals. This position offers the opportunity to shape growth in a strategic vertical at a global tech company.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
  • Plan and execute industry-specific, multi-channel campaigns across email, paid social, digital ads and content syndication
  • Build and manage campaign infrastructure: landing pages, content offers, audiences, and nurture tracks
  • Maintain an always-on nurture motion and retargeting audiences to move buyers through the funnel
  • Partner with Marketing Ops/Sales Ops to ensure leads are correctly routed and lifecycle-managed; review lead quality and fix data issues
  • Contribute to lead scoring reviews and ongoing workflow improvements
  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance against KPIs and adjust targeting, creative and channel mix
  • Build dashboards and deliver structured reporting for stakeholders
  • Drive creative briefs, asset requests, and production workflows with internal and external partners
  • Coordinate with Sales for revenue-aligned campaigns and manage integrated programs like webinars/events
  • Launch reliable monthly/quarterly campaigns with measurable pipeline impact
  • Improve lead quality through targeting, offers, and better scoring/routing hygiene
  • Create repeatable operating mechanisms: planning cadence and stakeholder alignment
Responsabilidades
  • 3–6 years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing (SaaS or complex solutions a plus)
  • Experience executing multi-channel campaigns and optimizing with data
  • Knowledge of MQL/SQL, nurturing and audience retargeting
  • Ability to partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to deliver pipeline outcomes
  • Strong project management skills
  • Marketing automation + CRM familiarity; dashboards/analytics experience (Salesforce, Qlik, Microsoft Office tools); familiarity with AI tools
