Experteer Overview

As part of SD Worx’s SAP Global AMS expansion, you will specialize in SAP user, role, and authorization management for German customers, ensuring security, audit readiness, and high service quality. You’ll collaborate with international teams on global deployments and AddOns enablement, contributing to governance and compliant operations.

This role combines technical authorization design with advisory support for customers and internal stakeholders, shaping secure SAP environments. You will work with cross-functional teams to uphold standards and drive efficient authorization processes.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

Manage SAP user accounts, roles and authorizations for German customers in line with security policies
Design, maintain and optimize SAP roles and authorization concepts
Resolve authorization incidents and service requests efficiently
Provide guidance on best practices for SAP authorization to customers and internal stakeholders
Document authorization changes and related processes
Participate in internal and customer audits (access reviews, SOD, compliance checks) and prepare audit evidence
Support customers in addressing audit findings and implementing corrective actions
Assist with SAP transport/deployment activities and global tasks (global object maintenance, system maintenance)
Contribute to the enablement and support of SD Worx SAP AddOns
Collaborate with international colleagues to align with global standards and procedures

Responsabilidades

Fluent German and English, written and spoken
More than 4 years of experience as a SAP Authorization Consultant
Strong focus on user management, role/authorization design and access governance
Solid understanding of audit and compliance related to SAP authorizations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High sense of ownership, reliability and attention to detail
Professional and confident communication with customers
Willingness to collaborate in an international/global team environment
Flexibility to support topics beyond pure authorization scope
