In this role you will ensure compliant content management within a regulated environment, supporting marketing workflows for pharmaceutical and animal health materials. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to run content creation, publishing, and material coordination using agile practices.You’ll work with Veeva Vault PromoMats and Jira to maintain smooth content operations and campaign execution. This is an opportunity to contribute to compliant, efficient marketing processes in a global pharma context.

- Support content creation and publishing using web-based tools for marketing materials
- Prioritize and resolve requests via Jira with clear stakeholder communication
- Collaborate with teams in Scrum-driven sprints (planning, daily stand-ups)
- Assist in coordinating marketing materials and campaigns for Animal Health products
- Bachelor’s degree in Life/Health Sciences, Marketing, Communications, IT or related fields
- Experience in pharmaceutical or animal health industry
- Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats
- Familiarity with content management systems and marketing workflows
- Strong marketing principles and compliance knowledge
- Proficiency with Jira and agile project management tools
- Working knowledge of Scrum methodology
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Fluent English (business level)
