Experteer Overview
In this role you will safeguard the stability and efficiency of the Telco Hub cloud infrastructure by managing monitoring systems. You will work with a German team, interface with platform operators, and support the Operations team to improve First Line services.You will enhance alerting and ensure timely escalation, focusing on scalable, automated monitoring across cloud environments. This is an opportunity to shape proactive incident response in a cutting-edge Telco cloud platform.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Monitor cloud infrastructure using Zabbix and partially support the legacy ICINGA environment
- Advance the alerting system with more granular alarms
- Enrich alert information to improve response effectiveness
- Ensure alarms are correctly forwarded to the First Line
- Support contacts responsible for monitoring network devices
- Collaborate with the Operations team to enhance services for the First Line
- Interface with platform operators as part of a German team
- Proficiency in using Zabbix for monitoring cloud infrastructure
- Experience with ICINGA monitoring tool
- Strong understanding of cloud environments
- Problem-solving skills for diagnosing issues and implementing solutions
- Strong communication skills for technical information
- Team collaboration experience
- Programming/scripting experience for enhancing monitoring processes
- Familiarity with network device monitoring
- Experience with agile methodologies (SCRUM or KANBAN)
- Experience collaborating with operations teams
- Understanding of platform operations
- Experience with Jira
- Experience with Wiki
- Experience with CASM (Ticketing-Tool)
- Experience with Jumpserver
- Experience with RedFish API
- Experience with Grafana
