In this role you drive the execution of medium-size robotics projects within ABB’s Service Robotics Product Line in Europe. You lead cross-functional teams to meet scope, schedule, and budget while aligning with procedures and standards. You partner with customers to secure contract acceptance and deliver measurable impact.This is a hands-on, collaboration-heavy role in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment with a clear local impact.

- Plan, monitor and control internal and external resources to achieve goals
- Track progress, resource use and project financials
- Identify, assess and manage project risks and opportunities
- Drive contract close-out and formal customer acceptance
- Coordinate with stakeholders across functions and vendors
- Ensure compliance with procedures, regulations, standards and targets
- Support proposal and pre-sales activities as needed
- +4 years of experience in robotics, automation, laboratory technologies or related fields with a proven track record
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology or related field, or equivalent experience
- Hands-on experience with proposal and pre-sales, including requirements clarification, scope adjustment, solution design, cost estimation, and vendor coordination
- Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership skills
- Excellent English communication (written and spoken)
