Experteer Overview

In this global role, you enable trusted, activation-ready data to power business decisions, BI, and AI initiatives. You will move data work beyond static reporting, building robust data flows, quality, and structure for AI readiness. Working across markets and functions, you’ll support data validation, vendor data feeds, and documentation to support scalable analytics and AI-enabled products.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI into daily operations and improve data governance and accessibility.

  • Coordinate data deliveries from self-service analytics platforms and external vendors, ensuring timeliness and format compliance; escalate gaps to seniors
  • Maintain and update business rules, mapping logic, taxonomies, and classification standards for human and machine consumption
  • Investigate and resolve data quality issues, performing root cause analysis and documenting resolutions
  • Support analytics and BI requests, validate outputs, assist with Power BI dashboard maintenance
  • Assist with local market data requests and ad-hoc analyses, linking market teams with global platforms
  • Identify opportunities to move recurring manual tasks to self-service or automated delivery
  • Prepare data for AI use cases with clear labeling and context for AI models
  • Support AI product operationalization through data validation and feedback loops
  • Use AI tools in daily work to boost efficiency and reduce manual effort
  • Identify automation opportunities in data operations and reduce repetitive tasks
  • Create and maintain operational documentation for processes, mappings, and vendor specs
  • Contribute to onboarding and continuous improvement by flagging issues and suggesting enhancements
Responsabilidades
  • 1–3 years in data operations, data quality, or analytics support
  • Experience in FMCG, Consumer Health, or Pharmaceuticals is a plus but not required
  • Exposure to syndicated market data (IQVIA, NielsenIQ, GfK) or willingness to learn
  • Basic understanding of data mapping, product matching, and classification standards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SQL, Power BI is a plus
  • Interest in AI, automation concepts and prompt engineering fundamentals
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to document processes clearly and follow SOPs
  • Good communication across cultures and functions; able to work in a global, matrixed environment
  • Fluent English; additional languages beneficial
