In this role you will support the sales team with technical pre-sales and become the main technical resource on calls, explaining features, specs and integration. You will work with networking applications and guide post-sales training for customers.

Qualify sales leads from a technical perspective (pre-sales)
Serve as the primary technical resource on sales calls, educating customers on features, specifications, functionality and integration
Demonstrate and apply knowledge of networking applications and solutions
Support identified customers with post-sales training

Responsabilidades

5–8 years in technical/pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer
5–8 years in LAN/WAN/Internet services administration
Strong understanding of DNS, NFS, SMTP, HTTP, TCP/IP
Knowledge of Routing, Switching, VPN, LAN, WAN, Network Security, Intrusion Detection, Antivirus
Experience with encryption and authentication technologies
Proficiency with RADIUS, PKI, IKE, Certificates, L2TP, IPSEC, Firewall, 802.1Q, MD5, SSH, SSL, SHA1, DES, 3DES
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
