You will mentor junior colleagues, collaborate with CROs and vendors, and contribute to study design and execution. This position combines hands‑on trial oversight with strategic input to scale complex programs and improve patient progress. • Mentor junior team members and oversee service providers
• Manage geographical regions or small, less complex studies with budget responsibility
• Lead cross‑functional timelines and biomarker implementation in trials
• Draft/review study documents and ensure protocol adherence
• Coordinate data listings reviews and interim/final study reports
• Support study budgets, RFP development, and CRO/vendor selection
• Train CROs, investigators, and study coordinators on study requirements
• Participate in recruitment strategies and country‑specific studies in collaboration with medical affairs
• Contribute to SOP development and strategic initiatives

• 5+ years of experience and BS/BA in a relevant scientific discipline
• Strong knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Experience in start‑up activities and trial budgeting
• Ability to work independently, manage time, and adapt to new technologies
