The role combines strategic storytelling with hands-on campaign execution to attract high-value corporate clients. This position offers a dynamic, on-site environment in Barcelona and a clear impact on revenue through compelling marketing initiatives.

• Plan, execute, and measure omnichannel marketing campaigns (email, social, webinars, paid media, events)
• Coordinate with Legends and sales teams to leverage campaigns and events for sales objectives
• Maintain brand integrity across campaigns and materials in collaboration with FC Barcelona and Legends Global Sales
• Create copy and video content for websites, campaigns, sales materials, and digital channels
• Organize and manage content/asset libraries for campaigns and materials
• Manage multiple projects from origin to execution to meet deadlines
• Measure ROI and KPIs, reporting on campaign performance
• Prepare and monitor campaign budgets across quarters and annually

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; four-year college preferred
• 2–4 years of marketing and content creation experience
• Proven ability to lead marketing campaigns across channels with sales impact
• Strong copywriting skills for lead generation and conversions
• Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration across departments
• Ability to manage multiple design projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and detail orientation
