In this role you will own the global brand and social strategy for DICE, transforming our channels into engaging feeds for music fans. You will lead the full execution across platforms, driving audience growth, engagement and brand affinity while shaping a distinct tone of voice.You’ll develop innovative content concepts and maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across all communications. This hands-on, creative position blends strategy with craft to help DICE connect culture with fans at scale. You’ll work within a fast-growing, cross-functional environment that values originality and collaboration.

- Strategic thinker with ability to build scalable systems
- Exceptional writing with a distinct tone of voice
- Proven ability to develop original content ideas
- Video editing and graphic treatment skills, strong visual eye
- Strong analytics to measure, interpret and improve performance
- Highly organized with ability to manage high volume of work
- Strong communicator and comfortable presenting ideas
