As an Associate Indirect Sales Manager, you will drive revenue and partner success by managing channel relationships across the Middle East, including Arabic-speaking markets. You will enable partners with strategies, tools, and programs that align with BMC's objectives and help expand market reach.You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure partners have resources to succeed and you will analyze performance to inform improvements. This role offers impact through partner enablement and AI-enhanced sales engagement in a dynamic IT environment.

- Results-driven with ability to analyze data for strategic decisions
- Adaptable, fast-paced, and eager to learn
- Clear and confident communication with teams and partners
- C1-level Arabic language, C1-level English language
- Previous technology sales experience covering Middle-East markets
