In this role you drive the growth of ABB’s Service Robotics by leading global deployments in foodservice automation. You work with cross-functional teams to deliver contracted outcomes, while ensuring compliance with procedures and standards.You’ll lead project teams across regions, manage risks and resources, and push for recognized project value. This position offers impact at scale within a fast-moving, innovation-driven robotics environment.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Support the proposal phase: clarify requirements, scope, and technical solutions; estimate costs; assess risks; coordinate vendor evaluations
- Lead the project team: define execution approach and oversee planning, monitoring and control for internal and external resources
- Monitor and control project progress, resource use, and financials
- Identify, qualify, quantify and manage project risk; pursue opportunities
- Drive formal project acceptance, contract close-out, and customer acknowledgment per contract
- 8+ years in robotics, automation, or related technical fields with a track record of delivering complex, large-scale programs
- Experience in customer-facing or operational environments (solution delivery, system deployment, or on-site implementations)
- Hands-on experience with proposal and pre-sales activities: clarify requirements, define scope, present technical solutions, estimate costs, coordinate vendors
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation) or Computer Science, or related field; strong automation/robotics knowledge
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- Strong stakeholder management, cross-functional leadership, and international/multi-site collaboration
- Experience reporting status, risks, and financials to senior/executive management
- Ambition to grow new business and scale organizational capabilities
