• Define and manage the global corporate communications strategy aligned with business goals
• Develop tailored plans for lobbying, sustainability, and strategic initiatives
• Design and execute campaigns influencing public opinion and engaging KOLs
• Coordinate communication plans with the IAG Group and manage financial results messaging
• Design and supervise international external communications across Italy, France, and the UK
• Oversee local market communications plans and material approvals
• Coordinate with agencies and partners acrossmarkets
• Lead international media relations and develop spokesperson programs
• Produce PR campaigns to boost earned media visibility
• Lead crisis and issues communications and governance of protocols and manuals
• Create press materials and corporate talking points
• Ensure speed, consistency and alignment of messages across internal and external stakeholders

• 10 years of experience leading communications functions
• minimum 5 years in a senior role
• proven multi-market campaign experience and agency coordination
• strong expertise in corporate and consumer communications and media relations
• ability to operate in a complex matrix organization and influence senior stakeholders
• fluent or bilingual English
• experience in UK and French markets is a strong asset
• ability to develop and govern crisis and issues communications
