You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and stay current with automotive software, simulation, and testing trends. This is an opportunity to shape the future of automotive software within a global, growth-focused team.

• Collaborate with customers to define technical solutions and prepare sales quotes
• Maintain and use internal sales systems (SFDC, calculations)
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong customer relationships
• Present AVL’s project approach to customers both online and on-site
• Ensure a high-quality customer experience throughout the sales process
• Stay up-to-date with technology trends and contribute to a cross-industry, expanding team

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Automotive, or similar)
• Solid understanding of engineering concepts related to automotive software, simulation, or testing
• Fluency in English and Spanish (required)
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage workload independently
• Comfort with customer-facing work and problem-solving
• Willingness to travel (~10%)
