In this role you will own end-to-end AI-powered products within Forge, Scopely’s Creative Technology u0026amp; AI arm. You will collaborate with engineers, designers, producers, and artists to turn ambitious ideas into production-ready solutions that boost creativity and operational efficiency across multiple game teams.You’ll drive architecture decisions, deliver scalable AI applications, and ensure reliability, observability, and security. You’ll work in a cross-functional, fast-moving environment that values hands-on engineering and tangible impact.

- Build production-ready AI apps using LLMs, agents, orchestration frameworks and cloud tech
- Prototype quickly to validate ideas with users and scale successful experiments
- Translate creative workflows into practical AI solutions in partnership with Creative, Production and Engineering teams
- Lead architectural decisions and uphold engineering standards
- Contribute to design reviews and propose technical trade-offs
- Ensure reliability, observability, security and maintainability through best practices
- Foster a collaborative engineering culture by sharing knowledge and elevating practices
- 7+ years of software engineering experience delivering production systems
- Hands-on engineering experience shipping end-to-end products
- Experience building AI-powered applications with LLMs, AI agents, orchestration frameworks or automation platforms
- Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, cloud services and modern dev practices
- Ability to move quickly through ambiguity while maintaining high engineering standards
- Excellent communication skills facilitating cross-Functional collaboration
- Pragmatic mindset focused on solving real user problems and delivering business impact
- Passion for applying AI to improve workflows, creativity and operational efficiency
