In this Accounting Manager role, you ensure accurate financial reporting and drive process excellence in a dynamic, international setting. You will lead the preparation of financial statements, coordinate audits, and manage budgeting and forecasts in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You’ll monitor reconciliations and financial data quality in ERP systems, supporting management and corporate headquarters. This position offers growth, on-the-job training, and broad visibility across global finance functions.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

Prepare financial statements
Coordinate and supervise audits (external and internal)
Coordinate and supervise tax working papers
Prepare weekly forecasts
Update One Stream monthly
Review reconciliations in One Stream (inventories, AR, banks, AP, prepaid expenses, etc.)
Prepare reports for management and corporate headquarters
Follow up with financial areas to obtain monthly results
Plan and prepare annual budget
Review payments
Review daily exchange rate coverage
Prepare daily sales report
Prepare projected monthly income statement

Responsabilidades

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience of 7 years accounting experience
