As an AI Full Stack Developer at Allianz Technology, you will build AI-enabled, scalable solutions within the Business Master Platform (BMP) used globally. You will work in an international, agile environment to harmonize core insurance processes and enable digital capabilities across markets.You’ll integrate AI/ML into end-to-end applications and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impact. This role offers a chance to shape AI-driven insurance technology at scale and grow in a modern, learning-oriented setting.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Design and develop end-to-end AI-enabled applications across frontend, backend, and data layers
- Integrate AI/ML solutions and intelligent automation into business processes
- Build and maintain modern web applications using Angular and TypeScript
- Develop and integrate APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures
- Ensure scalability, performance, and security of applications
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and stakeholders
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployments
- Align with Allianz architecture, security, and quality standards
- Strong experience in Full Stack Development
- Backend: Java (Spring Boot, Spring ecosystem), REST APIs, event-driven systems (Kafka)
- Frontend: JavaScript / TypeScript, Angular or similar frameworks
- Databases: MongoDB or other NoSQL solutions
- Exposure to AI/ML, automation tools, or GenAI solutions
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, and agile methodologies
