Experteer Overview
As a Product AI Engineer at Factorial, you will shape the AI-native product and its core workflows. You collaborate with product and design to embed AI in the user journey, not as a separate feature. You will design reusable AI capabilities, ground AI with trusted data, and govern outcomes with human-in-the-loop.You’ll ship end-to-end systems from problem definition to production, while staying close to customer needs. This role offers the chance to influence how AI drives everyday business management tasks at scale.

- Design and implement AI Skills to automate workflows and integration scenarios
- Develop and maintain evaluation frameworks (Evals) for AI quality and reliability

- Own end-to-end systems from design to production, monitoring, and iteration
